Description

In accordance with the provisions of Law No 85-704 of 12.7.1985, as amended, and the legislation implementing it, this contract is a project management contract for the construction of the new headquarters of the Community of Municipalities of Pays de L’Arbresle on the ZAC de la Ponchonnière in the municipality of Sain-Bel (69). The premises to be constructed are approximately 1 800 m² of usable areas excluding traffic, corresponding to:
welcome and meeting areas,
— departments’ office space,
— spaces for elected representatives,
— staff premises,
— logistics rooms.
This competition is a restricted competition on sketch + subject to the provisions of Articles R. 2162-15 to R. 2162-26 of the Public Procurement Code. A contract will then be awarded pursuant to Article R. 2122-6 of the Public Procurement Code. The part of the estimated financial envelope, exclusive of VAT, allocated by the contracting authority to the works is EUR 3 600 000,00 net of VAT. Content of the mission: Esq, AVP, PRO, EXE, ACT, DET, AOR and OPC.
