Description

The subject of the contract is services for Steri I RDG for the new construction of the Lörrach Central Hospital on the Lörrach Central Hospital campus. The clinics of the district of Lörrach GmbH will be used to combine the previous three locations Lörrach, Schopfheim and Rheinfelden with currently around 590 beds / places as well as the St. Elisabethen hospital. Lörrach is currently building a new building for a central hospital with around 240 beds/places and is training a new hospital campus in the Brombach district of Lörrach with further hospital-related uses. The completion of the new building "Zentralklinikum Lörrach", with around - 42,800 m2 usable area (NUF), - 89,700 m2 gross floor area (GFA) and - 405,900 m3 gross volume (BRI) as one of the largest hospital construction projects in Baden-Württemberg in the coming years, is planned for 2025.
