Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa implantów: Część I - system tytanowy do stabilizacji nasadowej kręgosłupa w odcinku piersiowo-lędźwiowym, system łączący do stabilizacji przeznasadowej kręgosłupa w odcinku piersiowo-lędźwiowym, system łączący łuskę kości potylicznej, pediatryczny system do stabilizacji i stopniowej korekcji skolioz dziecięcych, nisko profilowany bezblokerowy system do leczenia deformacji kręgosłupa, proteza dysku, Implant typu XLIF, Implant typu ACIF tytanowy Część II - endoskopowa chirurgia kręgosłupa ( ostrza, dreny, elektrody, kaniule) Zamówienie podzielone jest na 2 CZĘŚCI. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych na poszczególne części. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają Załączniki nr 4.1, 4.2 (CZĘŚCI: 1,2) będące integralną częścią SWZ.
