The procurement in this documentation concerns public transport stations under the project ‘ITS systems — Intelligent transport systems/traffic management in Drobeta Turnu Severin’, financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component 10 — Local Fund, call for proposals 1.1 Sustainable urban mobility through I.1.2 — Ensuring infrastructure for green transport — ITS/ other ICT infrastructures (intelligent urban/local management systems), to be integrated with complementary urban mobility projects that have been implemented in Drobeta Turnu Severin (Rehabilitation of public transport routes, Modernisation of public transport — Public transport stations, Intelligent traffic management system, Intermodal centre). In this procedure, the following will be purchased: - 19 intelligent public transport stations, - 7 vending machines for travel titles, - 1 Storage server and 1 data processing server, - Electrical installation works and foundations for public transport stations and vending machines for transport titles. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 18 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. In accordance with Article 161(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
