Description

Pursuant to Article 8(1) and (2) of the BayÖPNVG in conjunction with Paragraph 8a of the PBefG and Article 2(c) of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007, the Landkreis Traunstein intends to award a public service contract (ÖDA) for public passenger transport services by motor vehicle pursuant to Paragraph 2(1) of the PBefG for line 9433 (Titlmoos - Waldhausen - Schnaitsee – Gars am Inn). The ODA is to be granted for a period of five years. The proposed ÖDA covers all public passenger transport services on line 9433 in the districts of Mühldorf am Inn and Traunstein in accordance with the supplementary document to this pre-notification. In total, the estimate of the service to be awarded amounts to a total mileage of about 24,000 vehicle kilometres per year (current planning status). The ÖDA refers to public transport services within the meaning of Article 1 of the BayÖPNVG and Paragraph 8 of the PBefG. The operator must have authorisations to operate the scheduled service to be awarded in accordance with Section 42 of the PBefG at the latest when commencing traffic.
