Description

Les marchés sont conclus en application du Code de la Commande Publique du 1er Avril 2019. Les marchés sont des accords-cadres à bons de commande mono-attributaires , conformément aux dispositions des articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du code précité, passés sur bordereau de prix unitaires, avec un montant minimum et un montant maximum pour chaque lot, pour une durée d'un (1) an, à compter du 1er janvier 2025, tacitement reconductible trois (3) fois un (1) an. Les prestations sont divisées en 3 lots géographiques qui correspondent chacun à un ou plusieurs Territoire(s) de PARTENORD HABITAT. Ces Territoires sont représentés sur une carte (annexe à l'Acte d'Engagement) jointe dans le dossier de consultation. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'un marché unique distinct. En application de l'article 2112-2 du code de la commande publique, tous les lots comportent une action d'insertion sociale par l'activité économique
