Description

Supply and installation of equipment for the microbiology laboratory within the project ‘Equipment of the microbiology laboratory within the Clinical Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology Cuza Voda Iasi’, SMIS code 327873 IT equipment - in accordance with the specifications. The duration of the supply contract starts from the date of entry into force and ends on the date of fulfilment of the contractual obligations of the parties. During the performance of the Contract, the following terms and conditions will be complied with: - the delivery of the contracted products will be made in accordance with the delivery schedule presented in the offer, within 60 days from the issuance of the order note by the Contracting Authority (which may issue order notes at any time during the period of validity of the contract, for all goods or staggered, for certain goods); - the reception will last approximately 30 days (clause 18.6 of the draft contract) - in the event of suspension of the reception, the contracting authority shall notify the Contractor within a maximum of 3 working days of the decision of the Commission, and the remediation period may not exceed 15 days from the date of conclusion of the report suspending the reception process - the payment period shall be a maximum of 30 days from the moment of receipt, in accordance with the provisions of Law No 72/2013 (clause 18.12 of the draft contract) Total estimated value excluding VAT RON 79,800. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation, respecting the deadline set by the contracting authority in the instructions to tenderers/candidates - Section I.3) Communication, namely the number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates: 18 days. The replies to the requests for clarifications regarding the tender documentation will be published in SEAP, under the section ‘List, clarifications, notifications and decisions’ of the contract notice. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications from economic operators by the deadline set in accordance with Article 27(3) of Government Decision No 395/2016. The contracting authority will respond ONLY to requests for clarifications from economic operators by the deadline set. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications / additional information as follows: - on the 24th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, for requests for clarifications submitted by economic operators until the 30th day before the deadline for submission of tenders; - on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, for requests for clarifications submitted by economic operators until the 18th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
