1. The subject of the contract is the supply of spare parts for Volkswagen company cars. 2. The contracting authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then make a qualitative selection of the contractor whose tender was the highest scored, as regards the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure, in accordance with Art. 1 of the PPO (the so-called reverse procedure) 3.
