Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2021 r. poz. 1275 z późn. zm. – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu pozyskania i zrywki drewna do wykonania na terenie leśnictwa Boguszyn Nadleśnictwa Jarocin w roku 2022.
Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje sumaryczne ilości prac z zakresu pozyskania i zrywki drewna wynikające z treści umowy
Realizacja prac wchodzących w skład przedmiotu zamówienia będzie się odbywała na obszarze leśnictwa Boguszyn („Obszar Realizacji Zamówienia”).
