1.The subject of the order is the delivery of Dynatrace licenses or equivalent, described in detail in Annex 1 to the FTZ. 2.The detailed subject of the contract is Annex No. 1 to the FTZ - Description of the subject of the contract and Annex No. 2 to the FTZ - Draft provisions of the contract. 3.The Contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ.
