Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the copyright supervision, servicing, maintenance and operational supervision of the Impuls and Eskulap applications software. 2. The subject matter of the contract is described in detail in Annex 3 to the ToR. 3. The contracting authority shall not allow partial tenders to be submitted. 4. The contracting authority did not divide the contract into lots on the basis of the specific nature of the subject-matter of the contract. Such a division would risk excessive technical difficulties and excessive costs for the performance of the contract. 5. The contracting authority does not allow variants to be submitted. 6. The contracting authority shall permit the submission of equivalent tenders which meet the conditions relating to the subject-matter of the contract. 7. The detailed terms and conditions of employment of persons on an employment contract and sanctions are set out in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be inserted into the contract.
