The Baden-Württemberg Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Energy is committed to significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions, in particular CO2 emissions caused by heating buildings. The Ministry is therefore promoting, under the name ‘Zu Zukunft Altbau’, an information and advisory programme on all matters relating to the energy renovation of residential and non-residential buildings. KEA Climate Protection and Energieagentur Baden-Württemberg GmbH (hereinafter ‘KEA’) is the project promoter of the ‘Zu Zukunft Altbau’ programme.
The subject of the procurement procedure was the award of the planning, execution and further development of ‘future old building’. ‘Future old construction’ is aimed at building owners, craftsmen, planners and other parties involved in the construction are key multipliers. The aim of the programme is to raise awareness of energy saving issues throughout the country, to inform them in a neutral way, irrespective of economic interest, and to motivate energy-saving renovations of their buildings.
