Description

Die Maßnahme Neubau ZOP/ZSVA liegt relativ mittig auf der Liegenschaft der imland Klinik Rendsburg. Das
Gebäude wird als 3-geschossiger Neubau in konventioneller Bauweise errichtet und erfährt an der Nord- und Ostseite eine direkte Anbindung an den Bestand.
Im Osten befindet sich das Haupthaus mit dem jetzigen OP im EG und der Zentralsterilisation im UG, die nach Fertigstellung des Neubaus umgebaut werden. Der Hauptverkehrsweg wird über diese Anbindung erfolgen. Die angrenzenden Gebäudeteile bleiben in ihrer statischen Struktur erhalten, ein Umbau erfolgt vorrangig im Trockenbau.
