In the context of FBB’s construction projects, which are mostly implemented in complex contexts through the use of various construction companies, planning, building supervision and project management companies, experts and experts, FBB, as contracting entities, are subject to procurement law and contract law when auditing supplementary services. In order to verify that the various contractors comply with these requirements, the services described below are required:
