Description

In accordance with the company’s strategy of Compania Municipala Management of Traveller Bucuresti S.A. as regards the modernisation of some existing junctions, namely the signalling of new junctions, it is necessary to purchase electric cables by concluding a 2-year framework agreement and concluding subsequent contracts as necessary. If two or more tenders are ranked first, with equal scores, the delineation will be done taking into account the score obtained in the evaluation factors in the descending order of their weightings. If equality is maintained, the contracting authority has the right to request new financial proposals, and the successful tender will be designated as the one with the smallest financial proposal.
