According to the FTZ: 4.1 The subject of the contract is: Delivery and unloading of diesel oil ON in the amount of: 325 131 litres (including 125 131 litres for the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Trzebień and 200,000 litres for MZGK Sp. z o.o. in Bolesławiec at ul. Staszica 6 in Bolesławiec) - successively for notification and purchase in the form of refuelling at the petrol station (within the city of Bolesławiec or on the route between the city of Bolesławiec and Trzebień), unleaded petrol PB 98 in the amount of: 2 160 litres for vehicles and equipment of Miejski Zakład Gospodarki Komunalna Sp. z o.o. in Bolesławiec, corresponding to the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 December 2008 on quality requirements for liquid fuels in accordance with the specification detailed in the Description of the subject of the contract - hereinafter OPZ, Annex No 7 - to the SWZ. 4.1.1 The indicated quantities of fuel are indicative and do not bind the Ordering Party, and their purchase will be carried out according to current needs - up to the maximum amount of funds allocated for this purpose. 4.2 CPV Common Procurement Vocabulary: - 09134100 - 8 diesel; - 09132100 - 4 unleaded petrol. 4.3 The Contractor shall: 1) will ensure the delivery of fuel to the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Trzebiń, 2) will provide the service of refuelling diesel ON and unleaded petrol Pb 98 24 hours a day, and if it is not possible to refuelling an alternative station in the city of Bolesławiec or on the route Bolesławiec - Trzebień, under the same conditions as in the submitted offer, 3) will provide the location of the fuel station for refuelling the Ordering Party's vehicles within the city limits of Bolesławiec or on the route Bolesławiec - Trzebień, 4) will provide electronic billing of transactions for each month, the Ordering Party will have access to documents recording the sale of fuel and their controls on request, 5) will ensure the settlement of the fueled fuel in the computer system, 6) will ensure the parameters of diesel ON and unleaded petrol Pb in accordance with the applicable standard. 5.1 The Contractor may entrust the performance of the contract to a subcontractor(s). 5.2 The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform the key parts of the contract in accordance with Article 134(2), point 17. 5.3 The Contracting Authority requires that in the event of subcontracting, the Contractor shall indicate in the tender the parts of the contract which it intends to subcontract and (if known to it at this stage) the names (companies) of these subcontractors. 5.4 Entrusting part of the contract to subcontractors does not release the Contractor from responsibility for the proper performance of the contract.
