Description

1.The subject of this order is the winter maintenance of roads and streets in the City and Commune of Swarzędz along with the material in the season 2026 - 2027. 2.The detailed scope of the contract is set out in Annex 7 to the FTZ. The other conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the contract – Annex 9. In addition, in Annex 8 to the FTZ, the Contracting Authority made available a list of streets, together with the length of individual roads and an indication of the type of their surface. The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the PPL Act. If, within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract, the existing contractor is awarded services constituting no more than 50% of the value of the basic contract consisting in the provision of services related to the winter maintenance of roads and streets in the city and municipality of Swarzędz. The conditions under which the above-mentioned contracts will be awarded will correspond to the conditions set out in the documentation of this procedure, which in particular should be understood as the conditions for the provision of services described in detail in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 9 to the FTZ. The contracting authority shall carry out the relevant procurement procedure directly. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option of increasing the number of services ordered (winter maintenance of roads and streets in a given standard, export of compressed snow / permafrost) in the amount of up to 80% of the total maximum obligation of the Ordering Party under the conditions specified in the Model Contract - in accordance with Annex No. 9 to the FTZ.
