Support for households in the work of the Territorial Pact - component 3
This framework agreement concerns the support of owner-occupiers with very modest and modest incomes according to the ANAH national scales in force at the time of submission of the file. It also includes the support of landlords without condition of resources only in case they agree the rental of their housing (s) with ANAH. When ANAH applies to landlords the same conditions as for owner-occupiers, only landlords with very modest and modest incomes according to the ANAH national scales in force at the time of filing will be part of this framework agreement. This support is part 3 of the France Rénov' Territorial Pact. The accompanying offer is expected to cover the following topics: - The energy renovation, - The adaptation of housing to the loss of autonomy (aging and disability), - The fight against degraded housing (not decent and unworthy) The support of households in the realization of their work concerns all the themes of home renovation. This support is provided by approved operators (under Article L.232-3 of the Energy Code or Article L.365-3 of the Construction and Housing Code) or authorized by Anah
