Description

The Military Police Service launched a public procurement procedure for the ‘Service maintenance of motor vehicles of the Military Police Service’ with the following lots: 1. Lot № 1 ‘Service maintenance of vehicles of categories M1, M2, N1 and G with M1 characteristics for Sofia’, including post-warranty servicing of 69 vehicles with an estimated value of BGN 194 633,33 (one hundred ninety-four thousand six hundred thirty-three and 0.33) excluding VAT, EUR 99 514,44 (ninety-nine thousand five hundred fourteen and 0.44) excluding VAT; 2. Lot № 2 ‘Service maintenance of vehicles of categories M1, M2, N1 and G with M1 characteristics for the city of Plovdiv’, including post-warranty servicing of 29 cars with an estimated value of BGN 86 666.67 (eighty-six thousand six hundred sixty-six and 0.67) excluding VAT, EUR 44 311.96 (forty-four thousand three hundred eleven and 0.96) excluding VAT; 3. Lot № 3 ‘Service maintenance of vehicles of categories M1, M2, N1 and G with M1 characteristics for the city of Sliven’, including post-warranty servicing of 24 vehicles with an estimated value of BGN 73 333,33 (seventy-three thousand three hundred thirty-three and 0.33) excluding VAT, EUR 37 494,74 (thirty-seven thousand four hundred ninety-four and 0.74) excluding VAT; 4. Lot № 4 ‘Service maintenance of vehicles of categories M1, M2, N1 and G with characteristics of M1 for the city of Varna’, including post-warranty servicing of 26 cars with an estimated value of BGN 80 000.00 (eighty thousand) excluding VAT, EUR 40 903.35 (forty thousand nine hundred and three and 0.35) excluding VAT; 5. Lot № 5 ‘Service maintenance of vehicles of categories M1, M2, N1 and G with M1 characteristics for the city of Pleven’, including post-warranty servicing of 16 vehicles with an estimated value of BGN 66 666.67 (sixty-six thousand six hundred sixty-six and 0.67) excluding VAT, EUR 34 086.13 (thirty-four thousand eighty-six and 0.13) excluding VAT. A technical specification (TS) ‘Service maintenance of automotive equipment of the Military Police Service’ № 114-70/22.07.2025, which the tenderer selected as contractor, should fulfil, with the exception of the requirements set out in Section B thereof, has been approved for the performance of the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right, when acquiring additional automotive equipment after the conclusion of the contract with the contractor, to increase the estimated number of units specified in the documentation within the estimated value of the respective lot.
