Description

le marché a pour objet l'exécution de prestations de maintenance préventive et curative des installations de sécurité incendie du patrimoine logial-Coop (hors immeubles de grande hauteur) situés dans le Val-de-Marne (94) et dans l'Essonne (91).
l'exécution des prestations est soumise à une obligation de résultat. Le Titulaire devra donc mettre en oeuvre tous les moyens nécessaires à l'obtention de la garantie de résultat. La description des prestations à réaliser et les conditions d'exécution sont décrites dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (C.C.T.P) et dans l'ensemble des pièces du dossier de consultation. Le marché est alloti en 2 lots géographiques. Il n'est pas décomposé en tranches. Les variantes facultatives ne sont pas autorisées. Le pouvoir adjudicateur n'impose le chiffrage d'aucune variante obligatoire.
