Description

The subject of the contract is a framework agreement for the elimination of the consequences of road accidents, i.e. the repair of restraint systems and other components and accessories of the motorway after road accidents for SSÚD 06.07. The contract (framework agreement) is awarded for the purpose of repairing damage to safety devices and road equipment, i.e. restraint systems (railway barriers) and repairing minor damage resulting from road accidents. Repairs of the above mentioned devices and damages must be carried out in order to permanently ensure the required safety standards of the PK, to ensure the correct functioning of the safety devices and equipment of the PK, but also of the PK as a whole, i.e. all components and equipment of the PK, which are normally damaged during the DN (surface sewerage, shafts, unpaved shoulder, etc.). It is necessary to carry out repairs regularly always after a traffic accident, because traffic accidents occur naturally when operating on the PK. Since the occurrence of road traffic accidents cannot be foreseen, it is necessary to have repairs contractually secured by a framework agreement. The framework agreement also serves to contract for the prompt removal of emergency situations of safety equipment.
