Description

Construction of several toilet supply and disposal facilities for DOSTO Floridsdorf, Vienna:
The new storage facility is to be erected along the Nordbahn (framework line 40 "Vienna Nord (e) - State border n. Bernhardsthal") between Floridsdorf station and the Siemensstraße stop (km 5.084 to km 6.950) on the right of the railway in the area of the former Floridsdorf freight station. The main function of the new parking facility, which is owned by ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG and operated by ÖBB-Produktion GmbH on a non-discriminatory basis, is to park, supply and dispose of and clean the new double-deck electric multiple units (DINO sets). The operating concept envisages that the DINO sets are handled from Floridsdorf station via the supply and disposal facilities in the direction of the storage facility as part of shunting journeys. The provision of sets is done in opposite directions. The scope of the call for tenders includes the overall implementation of the project.
