Description: Gestion de la transition et qualité des services (20/100) Ce critère a pour objectif l’évaluation de la transition du portefeuille de contrat avec Oracle, de la qualité des services mis en place par le soumissionnaire pour exécuter le présent marché. Ce critère est coté sur 20 points. Les sous-critères d’évaluation sont repris en annexe 2 du présent cahier spécial des charges. (Tableau de type Excel). Les différents points obtenus seront additionnés et ramenés sur 20 points à l’aide de la règle de 3. Le soumissionnaire joindra au formulaire d’offre une note détaillant les différents dispositifs qu’il met en oeuvre afin d’optimiser la transition et les services associés. Ce document ne pourra dépasser 5 pages (« Calibri » – Taille 11 – Marges normales). Le soumissionnaire complète le tableau en remplissant obligatoirement, pour chaque critère d’évaluation : (i) la Réponse ; (ii) la Référence aux éléments de son offre. Tout critère d’évaluation qui ne comporte pas les informations obligatoires visées ci-avant recevra une cote de 0. La pondération de ces critères se fera sous forme d’une note globale avec la répartition suivante : · Excellent : 20 points ; · Très bien : 15 points ; · Bien : 10 points ; · Satisfaisant : 5 points ; · Insatisfaisant : 0 point.
