Description

The service concerns the supply and transport of salt for the winter viability of the departmental roads of Charente-Maritime. This multi-awardee framework agreement (maximum of 2 economic operators subject to a sufficient number of tenders) with an annual maximum of EUR 200 000 excluding VAT shall be concluded for one year from 10/11/2026 or from its date of notification if later. The annual maximum (EUR 200 000 excluding VAT) shall apply to all holders of the framework agreement. This framework agreement shall be tacitly renewed until its conclusion. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, for all periods, is 4 years. The amounts will be the same for each renewal period.
