The subject of this public procurement is the selection of contractors to prepare an assessment of the compliance of investment projects and exercise construction supervision with investor functions, in accordance with Articles 166 - 168 of the Spatial Development Act on projects of the Municipality of Dimitrovgrad, divided into six lots as follows: Lot 1: ‘Implementation of energy efficiency measures in a residential building with an administrative address: Dimitrovgrad, 9 Patriarh Evtimiy Street, with a total built-up area of 2578.80m2; Lot 2: ‘Implementation of energy efficiency measures in a residential building with an administrative address: Dimitrovgrad, 15 Prostor Street, with a total built-up area of 3 665.86 m2; Lot 3: ‘Implementation of energy efficiency measures in a residential building with an administrative address: Dimitrovgrad, 3 Grudi Kirkov Street, with a total built-up area of 690.00 m2 (above ground); Lot 4: ‘Implementation of energy efficiency measures in a residential building with an administrative address: Dimitrovgrad, 46 Maritsa Street, with a total built-up area of 294.0 m2; Lot 5: ‘Implementation of energy efficiency measures in a residential building with an administrative address: Dimitrovgrad, 64 Parvi May Street, with a total built-up area of 528.33 m2; Lot 6: ‘Implementation of energy efficiency measures in a residential building with an administrative address: Dimitrovgrad, 7 Patriarh Evtimiy Street, with a total built-up area of 8 370.20 m2.
