1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of various drugs according to 5 packages to the seat of the Ordering Party (Cracow, pers. Golden Autumn 1), in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex 1 to the specification. 2. Validity/guarantee period of the subject of the contract: shall not be less than 12 months from the date of delivery and, for enteral and oral products, not less than half the expiry date for the product concerned. Deliveries of products with a shorter expiry date may be allowed in exceptional situations and each time consent to them must be given by the authorized representative of the Ordering Party with confirmation by e-mail. 3.
