l'Objet de l'accord-cadre est la réalisation d'enquêtes ponctuelles et d'observations sur le réseau de transports en commun afin de disposer de données précises et actualisées sur la fréquentation, les attentes des usagers, ainsi que sur les conditions d'exploitation du réseau de transports en commun.L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Cette consultation concerne la relance du lot 1 déclaré sans suite pour motif d'intérêt général d'une consultation composée en deux lots.Le Smmag agit en tant qu'entité adjudicatrice.L'accord-cadre comporte un montant Ht minimum pour la durée totale du contrat de 10 000,00 euro(s) et un montant maximum de 170 000,00 euro(s) .Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges
