The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the maintenance and repair of training equipment and other equipment of the Infantry Shooting Range in OSPWL-Dęba (order divided into 2 parts). a) part 1 – ‘Service - maintenance and repair of training and other equipment of the Infantry Shooting Range in OSPWL-Dęba’; b) part 2 – ‘Service - maintenance and repair of school and training equipment and other equipment of the Bojanów Infantry Rifle Range in OSPWL-Dęba.’ The detailed definition of the service being the subject of the contract carried out under the contract is specified in the annexes to the SWZ, i.e. a detailed valuation form and a description of the subject of the contract (separately for each part). The contracting authority, taking into account the nature of the subject of the contract, does not provide for the inclusion of accessibility requirements for people with disabilities in accordance with Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019. The draft provisions of the public procurement contract are presented in the annex to this SWZ, i.e. the draft contract (one for both parts) and supplement the description of the subject of the contract in terms of provisions not covered by this Chapter. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Act and Article 22(1) of the Labour Code Act of 26 June 1974, the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor or the Subcontractor employ persons performing activities consisting in the performance of maintenance services of elements of equipment for disc-field control systems, type WSB-04/M, and performing general construction works at height, excluding managerial staff, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work within the meaning of the provisions of the Labour Code. In this procurement procedure, communication between the Contracting Authority and the Contractors takes place electronically via the Procurement Platform available at the following address: https://platformazakupowa.pl/transaction/1122896 and the "Send a message to the Ordering Party" form.
