Description

The Communauté d'agglomération Arles Crau-Camargue Montagnette (ACCM) has concluded, in the form of a public contract, an insurance contract guaranteeing the risks of damage to property with the firm WTW and the company LLOYD'S INSURANCE with effect from 1 April 2024 and ending on 31 December 2026, under a previous contract. This contract was terminated on 31 December 2025 by the company LLOYD'S INSURANCE. Consequently, the Communauté d'agglomération Arles Crau-Camargue Montagnette is reopening competition, in the form of a public contract, for this insurance contract with a view to taking out a new contract for a period of 5 years (60 months) with effect from 1 January 2026 until 31 December 2030. The variant imposed, relating to the increased franchises, is defined in the act of undertaking and in the special conditions of the market. In accordance with Article R.2151-9 of the Public Order Code, this variant, relating to franchises, is mandatory. Free variants, within the meaning of Article R 2151-8 of the Public Order Code, are not allowed. Guarantees take effect on 1 January 2026 for a period of 5 years until 31 December 2030 subject to a notice of termination for both parties of 6 months before the due date of 1 January
