Description

4.4. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate located in the city of Łuków and the organization, operation and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. 4.4.1. collection, transport and management of municipal waste generated and collected from all properties located in the City of Łuków, 4.4.2. four times a year, i.e. once a quarter, carrying out actions promoting the collection and management of bulky waste, electro-waste, clothing and textiles. 4.4.3. liquidation of wild landfills from the area of the City of Łuków, within the deadlines indicated by the Ordering Party. 4.4.4. organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the City of Łuków along with the management of collected waste, 4.4.5. collection, transport and management of municipal waste collected during and after mass and occasional events indicated by the contracting authority, 4.4.6. As part of the provision of the service for the collection of municipal waste, the contractor will equip the property with bags for the collection of waste separately collected in the colours specified in the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the City of Łuków (on the basis of a bag for a bag) necessary for the proper functioning of the waste management system. 4.5. The area of the City of Łuków is 35.75 km2 (3575 ha). The population of the city as at 31.12.2024 is 27 094 inhabitants. The city of Łuków is characterized by a negative rate of population growth. 4.6. After analyzing each property of the City of Łuków, the estimated number of people residing as at 31 December 2024 amounted to 24 548 people, of which approx. 43% live in single-family housing, the remaining approx. 57% of residents live in multi-family housing. 4.7. Number of properties: 4.7.1. estimated number of single-family properties inhabited approx. 4 310, 4.7.2. number of multi-family buildings approx. 183 blocks, 4.7.3. the estimated number of properties on which residents do not live and municipal waste is generated is approx. 950. 4.8. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the tender specifications.
