Description

The subject of the contract is the transport of persons with proven reduced mobility, regardless of their age. The transport will be carried out on the basis of home care and will ensure the movement of people to various fixed stops in the municipality (see list of fixed stops in annex to these special specifications), with the possibility of extension to other stops located in and outside the municipality of Berchem-Sainte-Agathe. The return to the home of the people will also have to be ensured. The aim is to ensure a maximum of 20 round trips per day and to provide the flat-rate price per month for transport. These transports will be organized from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) from 8am to 6pm. Excluding monthly flat-rates – additional services – weekends: Services performed outside standard hours (Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.), including services performed on Saturdays and Sundays between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., are not included in the monthly flat-rate price. These services will be invoiced separately, on the basis of the hourly price indicated in the tenderer’s tender. Tenderers must, if necessary, adapt their services within 30 calendar days of the date of the request from the CPAS.
