The purpose of the contract is to carry out the daily distribution of newspapers and periodicals in paper format – as set out in the Technical Specifications – through the composition of individual ‘bribes’ (groupings of newspapers with specific combinations of newspapers and/or periodicals, as regulated in the Technical Specifications) and to deliver them to the contractors in the Rai di Roma sites referred to in the Technical Specifications. It should be noted that the titles and the relative quantities indicated in the Technical Specifications represent a mere estimate made by Rai that takes into account the historical data in its possession and the current internal company provisions regarding the assignment methods that, evolving over time, may also significantly influence the mix of titles delivered and / or the estimated volumes. The Service is structured as follows: - packaging and composition of bundles; - delivery of the same free transport and packaging included; - at least weekly and monthly delivery reports.
