Monitoring of environmental components of the express road R1 Banská Bystrica-Slovenská Ľupča, Stage I
The subject of the contract is the monitoring of environmental components, in accordance with the technical specifications of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic, the ‘Guide to the monitoring of the effects of road on the environment’ (TP050) and in accordance with laws, technical standards, regulations, decrees and laws. Monitoring of noise, air, surface and waste, groundwater, soil and biota ratios is included among the monitored components. Pre-construction monitoring will capture the zero or environmental baseline at the location of the future expressway. Monitoring during the construction of the express road focuses on potential disturbances from construction on the surrounding housework, but also on the potential impact of construction on biota and adjacent protected areas. The purpose of operational monitoring is to determine the extent to which the construction of the express road has affected the state of the environment in the area concerned and whether it deviates from the condition predicted in the EIA process. In case of fluctuations in this evaluation, measures are proposed to mitigate the unintended impact. The detailed definition of the subject matter of the contract consists of Part B.1 Description of the subject-matter of the procurement documents.
