Description

The subject of the public contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of technologies to the data centre of the contracting authority. The delivery includes, in particular: • backup diesel unit with switchboard with ATS; • powering the operator's room; • main server room power supply; • power to the backup server room; • power lines and cable routes. The subject of the public contract is also the elaboration of project documentation in stages and in the scope according to Annex 1.2 of the tender documentation, ensuring the permit of the project and related construction works in the necessary extent, carrying out comprehensive tests, training of personnel and providing service services for 5 years after the execution of the work. The contract is awarded using the Design & Build method, which is specified in the technical specifications set out in Annex 1 to the tender specifications. For details, see the tender documents. Confidential part of the tender documents: Annex 9 to the tender specifications (description of the state of play) contains confidential information. The contracting authority shall provide this part of the tender documentation to suppliers in accordance with Section 36(8) of the ZZVZ in conjunction with Section 96(2) of the ZZVZ only upon request and against submission of a signed agreement on the protection of confidential information (‘NDA’). The binding NDA template forms Annex 8 to the tender specifications and is published at the same time as the tender specifications on the contracting authority's profile for free download. The Contractor may participate in a site visit only if he delivers to the NDA contracting entity, signed by a person authorised to represent the Contractor, no later than one working day before the site visit, in accordance with the mandatory electronic communication referred to in Article 2 of the tender specifications.
