Description

Jakob-Beutter-Str. 4, 72336 Balingen, Balingen, Finanzamt, Gesamtsanierung, Ingenieurleistungen nach Teil 4 Abschnitt 1 HOAI, Ingenieurleistung der Tragwerksplanung mit Grundleitungen LP 5, LP 6 sowie Besondere Leistungen der Objektüberwachung LP 8. Der Standort des Finanzamtes ist am Ende der Ebertstraße, die die Verlängerung der Friedrichstraße bildet. Das Gebäude steht somit in prägnanter Lage, steht aber nicht unter Denkmalschutz. Das Gebäude ist als Finanzamt errichtet worden und auch fortwährend als Finanzamt genutzt worden. Die NUF 1-6 beträgt ca. 2.486,45 m². Die BGF belaufen sich auf 4.576,18 m². Die geschätzten GBK belaufen sich auf 14,6 Mio- € -brutto, in diesen sind Bauwerkskosten (Kostengruppe 300 - 400 nach DIN 276-1: 2018-12) von ca. 11.7 Mio. € brutto enthalten.
