The subject of this contract is the maintenance of treatment facilities for wastewater collection stations, water valves, rainwater, hydrocarbon stations, micro-stations and infiltration and retention basins of real estate sites managed by the Oise OPAC. It includes: o Maintenance of wastewater, valve water and storm water collection stations; o Maintenance of hydrocarbon separators, retention or infiltration basins; o Maintenance of micro-stations; o The precise identification of the equipment present on each site (type of pump, type of electrical box, lift station or simple cellar vacuum, etc.). These services include all preventive and curative care (troubleshooting) necessary to keep all sites in good working order.
