Description

The University of Bergen, c/o the Geophysical Institute, intends to enter into a contract with the University of Washington APL for the procurement of an ocean glider with a depth capacity of 1,000 meters for long-term deployment over 12 months in waters deeper than 900 meters for at least 75% of the time and capable of continuous data acquisition (at least every 30 seconds during dives and climb). The ocean glider must be equipped with a scientific load that includes CTD (conductivity, temperature, and depth from pressure), 3-channel fluorometer, and dissolved oxygen sensor. The notice is made in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 21-5.
