Description

Involved in the process of supporting education co-financed by the Wielkopolskie Regional Operational Programme 2007-2013, Priority I, Measure 1.6.
II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase
1 The subject matter of the contract is to carry out a task called: Purchase of equipment for two mechatronic workshops: pneumatic and pneulic workshops and mechatronic equipment workshops as part of the implementation of the project ‘Poznań Educational Cluster – strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises involved in the training support process co-financed by the Wielkopolskie Regional Operational Programme 2007-2013’, Priority I, Measure 1.6.
Description of the subject of the contract according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV):
Main vocabulary: Main object of the automation system 48921000-0, Complementary vocabulary for training purposes FA04-5.
2 The subject-matter of the contract shall cover supply with assembly
(1) Design and Simulation Workshops, Pneumatics and Pneulic Workshops, as part of the planned team, shall be composed of:
(a) Pneumatics and electro-pneumatics hardware workstations – 3 posts, including software – licence for 12 posts,
b) Plumbing and electrohydraulic hardware workstation – 3 positions with software – licence for 12 stations.
2) Processing positions:
(a) PCS continuous process control position – 1 position,
(b) Flexible production system for MPS with industrial robot – 1 position,
(C) Teaching post – 3 posts.
(3) Programmable controllers’ workstations.
3 A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is attached to this ToR, entitled ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’ and in point II.2.1 of the notice.
4 The contract covers the supply of highly specialised equipment for the provision of training in accordance with the curriculum basis in the profession of Technik mechatronik, examination standards for that profession, a set of qualifications necessary for the performance of the professional tasks carried out in employment.
5 The equipment supplied must be pre-industrially new.
6 Performance of the contract shall be understood as delivery by transport to the Contractor, at his expense, to the premises of the Contracting Authority, assembling, commissioning and instructions.
7 The contract covers direct service provision over a period of 24 months.
8 At least 2 days before the planned delivery, notification must be made (by fax or e-mail) of the Contracting Authority’s willingness to supply the equipment.
9 The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with guarantees and guarantees of 24 months.
10 Additional information:
Any names of producers used in the description of the subject-matter of the contract serve only to clarify the subject-matter of the contract and to define quality, technical and functional standards.
The contracting authority shall allow tenders equivalent (to products not lower in terms of quality and technical parameters available) than those identified by the names of the manufacturers, provided that the products offered have at least the same technical and quality characteristics as the products indicated by the name of the manufacturer in the documentation describing the subject-matter of the contract.
The equivalent tender shall be subject of the same or better technical, qualitative and functional characteristics which meet the minimum parameters specified by the Contracting Authority. The contracting authority would point out that, where trademarks are included in the description of the subject-matter of the contract, an equivalent tender shall be deemed to be a tender which meets the parameters of the individually indicated range specified by its manufacturer.
