Description

The Landesbetrieb Immobilienenschafts- und Baubetreuung Rheinland-Pfalz (Trier branch) intends to build a turnkey replacement building for the open penitentiary (hereinafter referred to as OVA) in the area of the park of the former district hospital (now JVA Wittlich, open penitentiary and administration school for penitentiary) in modular design. To realize this project, we are looking for a general contractor who will provide all services for the turnkey handover of the building. The contract will be awarded on the basis of a tender specification with a tender programme, also known as a ‘functional tender’. The invitation to tender is based on the approval planning of the LBB Trier. The requirements for planning, coordination, construction and execution include all planning services of LPH 5-9 of HOAI to be provided by the contractor, as well as the following services of LPH 4, ancillary services and preparatory services (such as logistics, coordination, purchases, etc.).
