Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the acquisition of the MSDI telematics system – 2 complete sets, each consisting of block A, B, C, and separately block D and one common block E (‘MSDI’). The subject of the public contract is the supply of complete SW, HW equipment and MSDI transport telematics elements. The individual blocks of the purchased MSDI system are as follows: A. Block A – mobile information system for displaying traffic information, so-called traffic information equipment (‘ZPPI’), B. Block B – mobile traffic current management system (harmonisation, lane restrictions, traffic jam warning, access control, etc.), so-called variable traffic signs (‘PDZ’), C. Block C – mobile traffic management system using light signals (‘SS’), D. Block D – transport trailer for transport/handling of a complete set, including the provision of signalling/protective functions in front of the workplace, E. Block E – monitoring, control and service SW, ready for the configuration and management of information from places equipped with a portable telematics system in the territory of Prague, for the above-mentioned elements A, B and C. Configuration and control of the system for the HW components of the project will allow the use of system control for a separate element A, B, C or a combination of individual elements (A+B, A+B, A+C or B+C). In addition, the contracting authority requests the following services in the context of the performance of the Public Contract: F. technology with control SW for the possibility of monitoring, informing and controlling traffic flow in traffic restrictions or working zones on the backbone roads of the City of Prague, which are under the administration of the Contracting Authority, G. elaboration of the MSDI Operating Regulations, MSDI Emergency Regulations and MSDI Service Regulations, H. training for the purpose of MSDI system operation, I. provision of MSDI system warranty service, J. provision of MSDI system development and optimization services, K. provision of extended MSDI system support (Package services). The MSDI telematics system in question must be designed, configured and installed as part of the performance of the Public Contract in such a way that it respects the positioning on the road with regard to the traffic intensity and the composition of the traffic current at the location (on the territory of the Capital City of Prague), the usual mode of transport and other aspects that have a significant impact on the functions of the telematics system or on the appropriate combination of HW components in the locality. The public contract includes the acquisition of technology with control software for the possibility of monitoring, informing and controlling the traffic flow in traffic restrictions or working zones on the main roads of Prague, which are under the administration of the Contracting Authority. The van must be designed and constructed for use on roads with a maximum permissible speed of 80 km/h in accordance with the legislation in force. The project envisages the purchase of 2 sets including training and warranty service and related services. The detailed specification of the subject-matter of the public contract is set out in other parts of the Tender Documentation, in particular in Annex 5 to the Tender Documentation – Contract for Work, Annex 6 to the Tender Documentation – Service Contract and Annex 7 to the Tender Documentation – Description of the subject-matter of performance. The Client requires the assembly of the entire delivery in a way that allows to perform post-warranty service and maintenance of the entire subject of delivery by the Client's own employees, or by a service partner different from the MSDI system supplier. More detailed terms and conditions will be the subject of negotiations on preliminary offers. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
