Description

The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for by unit prices. The Community of Communes of the Garon Valley (CCVG) has formed an order group with the city of Brignais for a common need for road maintenance work by agreement which provides for the signature of the contract by the CCVG as coordinator of the group. Each member of the group undertakes to perform the contracts with the successful tenderers in accordance with its own needs, ensures that the contract is properly performed, makes its own orders and pays for services to the successful tenderers. The CVCG is launching a consultation in the following framework: For the CVMC: - Maintenance of roads and road development works - Development and maintenance of the surroundings of the CCVG buildings For the municipality of Brignais: -Development and maintenance of car parks, rural roads and approaches to communal buildings, including those for early childhood and the elderly residence
