PL-Grodzisk Mazowiecki: road construction works
1. Construction of the road in accordance with the project carried out by the Jerzy Dubowski Project Piracow on a section with a length of 1 565 m from km 1+ 603 to km 3+ 168 including: demolition of the existing carriageways, pavements, exits, bus bay, car parks, construction of a new road structure and integration into the sideways in both kerbs, construction of a pavement with platforms at bus stops, exits to houses, bus sinuses, car parks, earthworks including road crown, ditch, pavement, platform. Performance of horizontal and vertical markings, grubbing up of grubbs and bushes. Design (together with the arrangements and approvals required by the applicable legislation) and construction of traffic lights at the existing pedestrian crossing in the area of the school in Adamowiźno.
Road surface design:
— a wrapping layer of a mixture of natural aggregates 12 cm thick,
— reinforcement of the substrate with a mixture of natural aggregates bound by cement with a strength of 1.5 MPa gr.

— a substructure made of a mixture not related to broken natural aggregate 20 cm,
— asphalt concrete substructure for traffic KR-4 g. 10 cm,
— binding layer of asphalt concrete for motion KR-4 gr. 8 cm,
— a wear layer made up of a mixture of SMA gr. 5 cm.
Carriageway in a concrete kerb. 15x30 kerbrated on 5 cm cem sand ballast and C 12/15 (B-15) concrete bench with a cross-section of 0.0675 m², kerbs with 20x30x light on 3 cm sand cement ballast on C12/15 (B-15) concrete bench with a cross-section of 0.105 m².
Design of gate exits:
— a substructure made of a mixture not related to broken natural aggregate 10 cm,
— surface of a concrete cube of grey, 8 cm on the cem ballast. the sand Rc=2.5MPa gr. 5 cm,
— 30x8 beams on a 3 cm cem sand ballast and on a concrete bench with a resistance of F-0.045 m² from concrete C 8/10 (B-10) – change from project,
— culverts 40 cm in diameter from concrete tubes with flange on a gravel bench.
Pavement design: surface of red concrete cube 6 cm on cem-sand ballast Rc=2.5 MPa gr. 10 cm,
Construction of shoulders:
— substructure of recycled aggregates (destruct – demolition material) gr. 7 cm,
— substructure made of a mixture not related to broken natural aggregate 10 cm.
Construction of bays and parking areas.
— paving stone, greyed, of 8 cm on the cem-sand-sand ballast Rc=2.5 MPa gr. 5 cm,
— substructure of concrete C8/10 (B-10) gr. 25 cm,
— draining layer of sand of 10 cm.
Traffic safety device marking and traffic lights.
2. Design and construction of accommodation traffic lights at the pedestrian crossing in the village
Adamowizna, municipality of Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Powiat Grodziski.
The subject-matter of the contract is the task of drawing up project documentation and, subsequently, the construction of traffic lights at the existing pedestrian crossing in Adamowizna, in the school area. This section of road 1505 Grodzisk Mazowiecki – Józefina – ul. Osowiecka is located in the Mazowieckie Voivodship, in the county of Grodzisk Maz., in Adamowizna.
Traffic lights shall be performed in the designed road geometry.
The project is located in an area not covered by a local land-use plan.
The section of the road is intended for conversion.
