Autoritatea contractantă intenționează să încheie cate un acord-cadru cu ofertanţii ale căror oferte vor fi declarate admisibile după aplicarea criteriului de atribuire, cu valabilitate de 24 luni de la semnarea de către ultima parte. Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare, o singura data, in a 11 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor pentru clarificarile solicitate in termenul precizat la sectiunea I.3 Comunicare din fisa de date
Autoritatea contractanta intentioneaza sa achizitioneze piese de schimb pentru sistemele de supraveghere a traficului rutier Autovision BEE III.
Valorile celor mai mari contracte subsecvente sunt:
