Description

The Federal Institute for Financial Market Stabilisation, hereinafter referred to as FMSA or the contracting authority, intends to conclude the following contracts for the following services:
— Lot 1: Audit of the 2013-2015 financial statements
— Lot 2: Support accounting for complex accounting and evaluation issues in the context of the statement of annual accounts (including during the year)
This includes, inter alia:
Lot 1:
— Audit of FMSA’s annual accounts and related annual report;
— Audit of the financial statements drawn up and the related FMS annual report;
— Examination of the annual accounts drawn up and the related management report of the restructuring fund;
— Examination of the revenue and expenditure account and the financial management of the FMSA pursuant to Paragraph 109 of the BHO,
— Preparation of audit reports
—if necessary, reply to questions from the competent parliamentary body/presentation of audit results to the competent parliamentary bodies, including any special audit activities resulting therefrom.
Lot2:
— Advice on complex evaluation issues, in particular the financial assets of the FMS and RSF;
— Assisting in complex matters relating to the preparation of the annual accounts and, where appropriate, quarterly and half-yearly accounts (FMS, FMSA, RSF);
—advisory support for the design and implementation of the internal performance settlement (FMSA as service provider for the restructuring fund);
— Advice on complex issues of proper accounting and accrual accounting,
— Advice on complex issues relating to the construction and operation of the various accounting circuits.
