The subject of the contract is operational leasing (hereinafter referred to as OL) - rental of passenger cars, in the scope of services providing regular as well as non-regular service, insurance and all statutory fees associated with the use of motor vehicles. Motor vehicles must be approved in accordance with Act No 725/2004 on the conditions for the operation of vehicles in road traffic and amending certain acts. The subject of the contract is not the purchase of motor vehicles after the termination of OL or after the termination of the contractual relationship. Only new vehicles purchased within the Slovak Republic may be subject to OL. A new vehicle is considered to be a vehicle which has not been used in service by another user, the year of manufacture is not less than 5 months on the date on which the vehicle is put into service by the lessee and the tachometer reading does not exceed 150 kilometres travelled. The contracting authority reserves the right to order the subject of the contract on the basis of a real need, i.e. not to withdraw the entire subject of the contract (operationally ordering and cancelling the rental of vehicles according to its needs).
