This contract is a joint public service contract for the Municipality and the CPAS of Waimes. It concerns the conclusion of contracts for the insurance of persons, property damage, civil liability, motor vehicle, all site risks of the aforementioned policyholders and is distributed as follows: The contract comprises four classes of insurance: • Branch 1: Personal insurance – Strand 1: Insurance against accidents at work Part 2: Body Accident Insurance • Branch 2: Property damage insurance – Strand 1: Property Damage Insurance - Fire.  Strand 2: All Risk Insurance - Electronics/Computers.  Strand 3: All-hazards insurance – Breakage of machinery – Strand 4: Insurance Transport & residence of securities/funds • Branch 3: Liability insurance – Strand 1: General Civil Liability Insurance.  Strand 2: Civil Liability Insurance Objective Fire & Explosion Component 3: Civil Liability Insurance for Public Officials – Strand 4: Accident insurance and civil liability relating to school and extra-curricular activities Component 5: Accident insurance and civil liability relating to miscellaneous activities • Branch 4: Motor insurance – Strand 1: Insurance for vehicles (Flotte) Component 2: Assistance for service vehicles Part 3: Assurances Omnium Missions The contract may be renewed tacitly three times, unless terminated by one of the parties within the time limits laid down.
