Delgaz Grid S.A., the procedure divided into 16 lots. It is estimated the conclusion of at least 1 subsequent contract / year, without reopening the competition. The contracting entity wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with one signatory on each lot. 1. The flat rate was calculated taking into account the entire period of validity of the Framework Agreement. In order to ensure the availability of the personnel, equipment and other means involved belonging to the contractor, to ensure the interventions requested by the beneficiary, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, a quota will be provided in the form of a monthly flat-rate payment. Its value is set in RON/year/lot, fixed throughout the duration of the contract and is granted independently of the value and number of interventions executed. The flat-rate payment shall also cover the possible costs incurred by the contractor as a result of changes to the activities scheduled for the performance of urgent activities. If the provisions regarding the time from communication to the intervention itself, the volume of staff required or the allocation of the necessary equipment are not met, once during a calendar month, the monthly flat-rate payment will be reduced by 30%. Failure to comply with these provisions twice during a calendar month shall result in a 60% reduction in the flat-rate payment for that month. Failure to comply more than twice with the above-mentioned provisions leads to the suspension of the flat-rate payment for the current month and allows the unilateral termination of the CA, at the initiative of the beneficiary.
