Description

The new construction of the sports and community park Tappenbeck consists of various parts of the building, which are to offer a common home for athletes, festivals and the village community under one large roof. The three building sections on the ground floor include a large shooting hall, an area or clubhouse for the sports club and an event area in the form of a village community house. The building parts Vereinsheim and Dorfgemeinschaftshaus are planned as solid timber structures with reinforced concrete bases. The clubhouse is one-storey and the village community house two-storey with a gastronomy on the upper floor. The building of the Kyffhäuser (Schiesshalle) is constructed as a mixed construction in masonry and reinforced concrete construction and is also planned on a single floor. The foundation of the buildings Dorfgemeinschaftshaus, Gastronomie and both Vereinsheime is planned with a load-bearing floor slab with frost apron and strip foundations. The main part of the facades is planned with a ventilated wooden facade, in parts the facade is clad with fibre cement panels. The covered multifunctional playing field is an open-air hall with a small playing field. The playing field is to be used all year round and regardless of the weather. LED lighting is provided for the evening hours. The small playing field is expected to be equipped with a gang system with ball catching nets and integrated gates. The building plot is within the development plan "Sportzentrum" 2.Amendment and extension of 02.07.2024.
