The services are divided into 3 lots.
The contract will be concluded in accordance with Articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code, for each of the lots:
— fixed part: fitting-out and development of the site,
— optional tranche 01: fitting-out of the park (ex Point P),
— optional tranche 02: fitting-out of the park (e.g. Unibéton).
