The object of the procurement under preparation is the servicing and maintenance of Sprinkers and gas fire extinguishing equipment. According to the preliminary plan, the procurement will be divided into two areas: 1. Maintenance and servicing of sprinklers 2. According to the preliminary plan, one service provider will be selected for both sub-areas and approved in the TUKES register of operators as an installation and maintenance company for fire extinguishing equipment. GENERAL Please note that this notice is not a contract notice, but a notice on the market dialogue pursuant to section 69 of the Special Sectors Procurement Act (Act on Procurement and Concession Contracts of Entities Operating in the Water, Energy, Transport and Postal Services Sectors 1398/2016) as part of the preparation of the procurement (i.e. a request for information). The market dialogue does not bind the Contracting Entity to initiate the competitive tendering process. The purpose of the request for information is to initiate market dialogues on the subject matter of the procurement and to assess the willingness of the operators to participate in a possible tendering process. The information provided in this notice is preliminary and may change as preparation progresses. Companies interested in tendering are requested to provide their contact information by e-mail to kilpailutus@hansel.fi and to title their e-mail: "KLOY: Framework agreement for the servicing and maintenance of sprinklers and gas fire extinguishing systems: Market dialogue". The market dialogue includes written comments on the draft tender materials before the publication of the final tender. Commenting on the tender materials is planned to take place tentatively during spring 2025; Weeks 15-16. On the one hand, the market dialogue does not bind the participants in it to submit a tender and, on the other hand, the non-participation in the market dialogue does not affect the possible participation in the tendering procedure.
